These terms legally bind and cover all transactions across our regional operating entities, which include Bocobay Aruba VBA, Bocobay Curaçao BV, Bocobay Dominican Republic SAS, and Bocobay Jamaica Ltd (collectively referred to as "Bocobay," "we," "our," or "us").

By redeeming, using, or participating in any Offer, you agree to comply with these general terms, as well as any specific rules, dates, or limitations printed directly on your promotional flyer or voucher (the "Specific Offer Rules"). If there is any contradiction between these general terms and the specific rules printed on your flyer, the rules on the flyer will take priority for that specific promotion.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Eligibility & Redemption

  • Direct Bookings Only: Unless stated otherwise on your flyer, all promotional codes are valid only for direct bookings made on the official Bocobay website or directly with our reservations team. They cannot be applied to bookings made via third-party platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO).

  • Code Application: The promotional code must be entered at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing or past reservations.

2. Standard Restrictions & Blackout Dates

  • One Per Stay: Limit of one (1) promotional code per reservation. Codes cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers, corporate rates, or active discounts.

  • Property Exclusions: Offers apply only to participating properties managed by Bocobay. Certain luxury villas or privately owned estates may be excluded from specific promotions.

  • Blackout Dates: Unless explicitly stated on your flyer, promotional discounts do not apply during peak high-season periods, including Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, and major regional holidays.

3. Values and Limits

  • No Cash Value: Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or resale.

  • Nightly Rates Only: Promotional discounts apply strictly to the base nightly rental rate. Discounts do not apply to taxes, cleaning fees, service charges, security deposits, or add-on concierge services (such as airport transfers or private chefs).

4. Cancellations, Modifications, & Policies

  • Standard Guest Policies: All stays booked using a promotional code remain subject to Bocobay's standard rental agreements, house rules, maximum occupancy limits, and security deposit requirements.

  • Cancellation Refunds: If a booking made with a discount code is canceled, any refund due will be based solely on the actual amount paid. The promotional discount value will not be refunded, reissued, or extended.

  • Changes to Bookings: If you modify your booking dates after applying a discount, the original discount may no longer apply if the new dates fall outside the promotional window or during a blackout period.

5. Rights Reserved

Bocobay reserves the right to verify guest eligibility and void any promotional code redemptions in the event of suspected fraud, technical errors, or violation of our rental terms. We reserve the right to amend these general terms at any time without prior notice.

The terms and conditions listed below apply specifically to the Bocobay 10% Repeat Guest Flyer Promotion. These specific rules supplement the Bocobay General Promotional & Discount Terms.

1. The Offer & Direct Bookings

  • 10% Discount: This Offer provides a 10% discount on direct bookings for verified returning Bocobay guests.

  • Direct Bookings Only: The discount applies exclusively to reservations made directly through the official Bocobay website or via our direct reservations team. Bookings made through third-party platforms do not qualify.

2. Availability & Property Restrictions

  • Subject to Availability: All bookings under this promotion are strictly subject to property availability and applicable booking dates.

  • Property Exclusions: Certain property exclusions apply. The discount may not be available on select luxury villas, estates, or privately managed properties within the Bocobay portfolio.

3. Rate Applications & Exclusions

  • Accommodation Only: The 10% discount applies strictly to the base accommodation nightly rate.

  • Fee Exclusions: The discount completely excludes, and cannot be applied to, local taxes, resort fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, or any additional service charges.

  • Combinability: This Offer cannot be combined with any other active promotions, seasonal discounts, or corporate rates.

4. Cancellations & Future Refunds

  • Cash Value Protection: This promotional discount holds zero cash value and is non-transferable.

  • Refund Limitations: In the event of a booking cancellation or modification, any refund due will be calculated based solely on the actual cash amount paid by the guest. The 10% promotional value will not be refunded, reissued, or converted into cash or future booking credits.

5. Rights Reserved

  • Modification & Withdrawal: Bocobay reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
