Bocobay Spotlight: Aahil and Carolyn, Finance Interns

Every month, we’ll be shining a spotlight on our amazing Bocobay team. This week we have Aahil and Carolyn, based out of our London office. What can you not do without in the morning?

Carolyn: I need my caramel latte from Pret and a nice walk in the fresh air.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Bocobay?

Aahil: The team! Everyone made me feel so comfortable as soon as I joined the company and they’re all knowledgeable in their fields. I have loved getting to know everyone and bothering them with my many questions.

Carolyn: I like the team that I work with and how it is so easy to ask questions and get to know everyone. I also have a lot of control over the work that I do and feel that I am helping the company through my work.

What is something that you’re proud of that you’ve accomplished in your role?

Aahil: I’m proud of the thoroughness that we’ve achieved in terms of reconciling transactions and making that process future-proof.

Carolyn: I am proud of reconciling all of the expenses made over the course of the past year and a half. Now, most of the process is streamlined and will be much smoother and easier to keep up with in the future.
